Dear Carl Henschel:
In accordance with the agreement we had with the Bernheim jeune, you will recall that they are not to offer, and this for a period of a year, the paintings they have given us on consignment, below the price we are asking for them here.

I think it is quite essential to remind you of this, and as long as they did not answer my last letter, and corresponded with you about the return of the pictures, I think you should be the one to write them about this.
