Monsieur Germain Seligmann,
9 rue de la Paix,
PARIS,
France.

Dear Germain,

I posted the photograph back to you this morning. It looks like a good picture but I am not so sure about the saleability of the subject. However, I might think differently when I saw it. De Wild went to see the picture and telegraphed me as follows :-

     | "Rembrandt Juno highly important condition perfect acknowledged Bredius Valentiner history from Rembrandt's studio present owners Katz sending further particulars".

As soon as I receive any further particulars I will get in touch with you about it.

I have come to London here for the Oppenheimer sale, and a number of people have come here to meet me, so I am afraid it will be impossible for me to get away at the moment. Will try and let you know further to-morrow.

In haste,
Yours,
