In order to enlarge as much as possible the action of the Chamber, the Council is authorized to organize groups of members in the centers that it may select all over the United States, its territories and possessions. Such groups shall be called GROUPS OF (name of City)  of THE FRENCH CHAMBER OF COMMERCE OF THE UNITED STATES, INC.

Such groups shall be considered as belonging to the Chamber and shall be governed by its By-Laws.  However, they will be authorized to elect their own Committee.

Such groups shall, under no circumstances, be considered as organizations separate from the Chamber and shall act only in the capacity of members of the Chamber and through the Chamber.
