where tomatoes are often a
failure it is eseptional to
have fine tomatoes all summer
regardless of drought and
without irragation or other
special attention.
 For early vines I sowed
some seed in an old kettle
for growing in the house
until they could be set out.
[[strike]] in the ground. [[/strike]] For late vines
I sowed the seeds out of doors
as soon as possible. These
late vines are eceptionally fine
in growth and bearing qualities
having clusters of half a dozen
or more good sized tomatoes
on each branch, there being
four and five branches
to a stalk in some instances
  I certainly want these tomatoes
in my garden every year.
    Sincerely
     Mrs. Earl Buckwalter
