What Burpee's Seeds Did For Me.

From childhood on, thru all the years,
A joy all flower folk know
Sprang from the beauty of the flowers
From "Burpee's Seeds That Grow."

And yearly as its pages call,
I answer Burpee's voice,
For everything that comes from these
Is sure to be most choice. 46

They brighten the darkest corners
They speak when our words fail,
They change dark days to sunshine
On life's long tedious trail,

Make the darkest days as happy
When the snow lies white and deep
As they are in summer weather
When the brooks all laugh and leap. 48
