January 27th., 1933.

Dear Mr. Parsons:

As you told me over the 'phone yesterday morning that there might be a possibility of your coming in, I thought of letting you know that I shall have to go out of town the beginning of next week. I intend leaving on Monday, but should you like to see me that day I would be very glad to postpone my departure until Tuesday.

In any case I shall be at my office all day tomorrow, Saturday, and if I do not hear from you I shall make my plans to leave on Monday.

Believe me to be,

Yours very sincerely,

(Germain Seligmann)
