until Autumn. Mrs. Taylor will be on to New York then; and I feel that if I can get her alone and take her about a bit, something can be accomplished.

They all liked the exhibition I arranged and I must say it looked very well in the beautiful new building.

Fred Vincent wrote he would be in New York for a few days; so I hope you saw him and concluded the matter of the Degas.

This country has bowled me over completely. I had friends all along the route, so have had a good time. At Taos I arrived just in time to see the Indian Corn Dance. The drive from Colorado Springs to Santa Fe, over the Raton Pass and down the Rio Grande Canyon, is as fine as anything I have seen in Europe; and the color indescribable. Now I am off to the Grand Canyon, Where I shall be at the El Tovar, from the 9th until the 12th May, in case you wish to communicate with me. But Miss Gottlieb at the Dorset always sends me air mail, if you write me there. I have letters to collectors on the Coast, Crocker etc., from relatives, so will see what I can w/ the situation.

Yours,
Harold W. Parsons
