930 Fifth Avenue New York 21, N.Y. January 14th, 1945 Mr. Germain Seligman Jacques Seligmann & Co., Inc. 5 East 57th Street New York 22, New York Dear Mr. Seligman: Following our conversation of recent dates, I wish to confirm to you our agreement whereby I am to undertake a certain number of trips at the same terms and conditions as provided for by our agreement of 1944 (your letter of February 1st, 1944). It is understood that in no case should the expenses I will incur for your account go beyond the sum of $1,000.00 (one thousand 00/100 dollars). As per my suggestion, you have been good enough to advance me part of this sum by your check on J. P. Morgan & Co., Inc. in the sum of $880.00 (eight hundred eighty 00/100 dollars), receipt of which I hereby acknowledge. I shall, of course, render an itemized statement covering this check in due course. Yours very truly, (Harold Woodbury Parsons)
