[[underline]]Attention Mr. O'Toule[[/underline]]

My dear Mr. O'Toule:

The Reinhardt Galleries are arranging an Exhibition of Children's Portraits from May 1st to 13th for the benefit of this organization, similar to the horse show recently held at Knoedler's. It will include paintings by American artists as well as a very important group of old masters.

Already a number of the leading galleries have entered portraits by Corot, Sargent, Derain, Renoir, Cassatt and Lawrence.

Awards will be made by competent judges and a voting contest will take place daily.

We are writing to ask if you will enter the two Italian primitives.

Sincerely yours,

^[[Madga M. Sheldon]]

Chairman,
Committee on Exhibition of Children's Portraits.
