A s c o n a

Dear Mr. Seligmann,

Thank you for your letter. I should be very pleased to see you but I am sorry that at present I have very few fine paintings.

Herewith enclosed you will find the photograph of the Vuillard, Interieur you asked for. I have no early Picasso but of 1920 and 1922. Of Impressionists there is a fine landscape of Pissarro of 1870, also a Sisley of 1872, a Renoir flower stillife, but a late one. And the 20th century artists besides Picasso are Rouault, several paintings and a Bonnard.

I am very sorry not to be able to tempt you very much, but in case you should have time to pass through Lucerne, it will be a great pleasure to me to see you.

Sincerely yours,
Siegfried Rosengart
