My dear Mr. Cunningham :-

I am sending you herewith two letters, and I leave it to you to show either of them or neither of them to Mr. Ritter, but what I write you in them, I mean 100%, and Mr. Corrado was a very sad experience.

If Mr. Ritter or Mrs. Hammond come to New York, I could perhaps show them some of the French rooms which are in New York, so that they could visualize what fine French rooms are. I could take them for instance to see Mr. Frisk's house, or some other house perhaps less formal, which would give them ideas.

With my renewed wishes for a Happy New Year,
I remain, my dear Mr. Cunningham,
Very sincerely yours,
