Dear Sirs.
We beg to express our heartfelt thanks for your kind offer and response to our proposal.
Now, it is our pleasure to inform you that we are going to have the "Great American Fair" here next spring under the auspices of Asabi Press, sponsored by SCAP, and the Japanese Government.
Naturally its projects must be really on a large scale. Fortunately our gallery has been asked to undertake the whole preparation of its cultural department.
We are now at it to the best of our ability, but as you know, this kind of job cannot be a complete success without your help and cooperation.
We might suggest the following items are most welcome.
(1) Photos, Fine Art Museums, Galleries, Art Exhibition scenes, Room decorations, Hit-eye attraction shows
(2) Catalogues and posters pertaining to fine Art,
(3) Fine Art magazines.
(4) Others which are useful to your propagation

Moreover, we have planned to dedicate one whole room for the exhibition of the present American paintings.
May we trouble you to introduce us to, or otherwise, let us know the addresses of , the artists associations and their chief members?
We, also, should like to exchange views and exhibitions of both sides. Your prompt cooperation will be much appreciated.
[[far indented]] Yours sincerely,
