Dear Sirs,

It gives us much pleasure to announce that the formal inauguration of the gallery and office premises of Marlborough Torii Fine Art Ltd., Tokyo will take place in November, 1973.

Incorporated in April 1973 under Japanese Law, Marlborough Torii Fine Art is a joint venture between Japanese interests and the Marlborough group of galleries. The new company has been established with the purpose of dealing in first-class works of western art, in oriental classic and contemporary art and in graphics in the territories of Japan and other parts of the Far East. Its policy is to make available works of art of the highest quality at prices reasonable to the client.

Marlbrough Torii Fine Art will be happy to receive offers of works of art for outright purchase or on a consignment basis. We express the hope that there will be opportunities for mutually beneficial transactions.

Yours very truly,
MARLBOROUGH TORII FINE ART LTD.
