October 18, 1972

Dear Mr. Hayano;

Having been out of town, I am sorry that your pleasant letter of October 3rd should have remained this long without an answer.

You write that you would like to photographsome of my European paintings. This, I believe, would not be necessary, as I would be glad to supply you with photographs, a group of which I will gladly assemble for your visit.

You write that these photographs would be used for calendars to be published by various firms. Could you be so good as to give me further details on this particular point, and confirm that proper credit would be given my firm, accompanying these reproductions.

If you would be so good as to telephone, we could arrange an appointment, mutually convenient.

Sincerely yours,

Germain Seligman
