My dear Mr. Waegen:

We are delighted to hear that the "Portrait of Mrs. Methuen " by Romney is to be included in the exhibition which we are arranging for the benefit of the New York City Committee of Mothers' Health Centers.

The exhibition will open on November 10th and we would like to have Budworth call for the painting on November 6th, if that is agreeable. We understand that the portrait is insured.

We deeply appreciate your cooperation and hope we shall have the pleasure of seeing you at the preview.

Very sincerely,
