You will find herein banker's draft No. 118771 drawn by the BANK OF NEW YORK on WESTMINSTER BANK LTD, LONDON, made out to your Firm, in the amount of [[pound symbol]]950 (NINE HUNDRED FIFTY POUNDS), of even date, in full settlement of your invoice of June 27 for a drawing by J.L. DAVID - "The Murder of Geta by his Brother Caracalla".- we purchased from you by our Mr. Germain SELIGMAN.

By same mail we are requesting the packers, Messrs.J. CHENUE, 25, Monmouth Street, to call for this drawing at their earliest convenience for shipment to us.

In order to facilitate matters we are suggesting them to communicate with your Mr. MERRINGTON
