Dear Sir:

Reference is made to Entry [[underline]]No. 320194[[/underline]] dated October 1, 1952, involving the importation of antiques entered under the provisions of Paragraph 1811 of the Tariff Act of 1930.

This is to advise you that all the antique information available was included on invoice covering this shipment. 

However, since the Appraiser of Merchandise has reported the antiques as coming within the provisions of the entered paragraph, it is requested that a correct invoice containing additional antique information be waived.
