In accordance with your instructions, received by telephone, and confirmed by your letter of the 11th, we have shipped by SS. Normandie, which sailed from here on the 11th, two cases marked:

J S 988/9

containing one bronze figure, and one painting.

This shipment, as usual, will be forwarded to your Paris house, through the usual medium at Le Havre.

Incidentally, we know the address of the Societe Nouvelle de Transit at de Consignation as 4 Rue Anfray, Le Havre, whereas you give the address as 59 Quai George V.

We enclose herewith our bill covering expenses and charges.  Insurance has not been covered by us.
