Upon completion of this packing kindly communicate with Mr. Scifo of BEMO SHIPPING CO. Tel.: 656-6090 (JFK Kennedy Airport) giving him all details as to size, weight, etc.

Kindly sent us your invoice [[underlined]] in duplicate [[/underlined]] covering all expenses in connection with the above.
