[[double-underlined]]C. G. H. Lloyd[[/double-underlined]]. - 135 specimens, 52 species, nearly all from Tasmania, Australia. A valuable collection containing several species new to the Museum.

[[double-underlined]]Wm. Brewster[[/double-underlined]], Cambridge, Mass. - 28 specimens, 11 species, from South Carolina, Colorado, Massachusetts, etc., a very interesting collection, containing [[underlined]]inter alia[[/underlined]] [[male symbol]] and [[female symbol]] [[underlined]]juv.[[/underlined]] of [[underlined]]Helinaia swainsoni[[/underlined]].

Dr. [[double-underlined]]W. H. Fox[[/double-underlined]], Washington, D.C. - 179 specimens, 73 species; an interesting collection made by him at Rockwood, Tennessee, during March and April of the present year.

[[double-underlined]]C. J. Maynard and Co.[[/double-underlined]], Boston. - [[underlined]]Accipiter cirrhocephalus[[/underlined]], from Australia.

The [[underlined]]egg-collection[[/underlined]] has received six accessions (Museum register nos. 22,171 - 22,176)
