Mr. Beckham has been occupied with the catalogueing and labeling of specimens and other various routine duties, besides preparing an invoice of the specimens in the collection and a list of the type specimens.

Ulip Perkins has continue the careful measuring of eggs for Captain Bendire's proposed work on North American Oölogy, and has attended to the cataloguing of specimens of nests and eggs received during the month, besides otherwise keeping the valuable oölogical collection in order.
