They Council & Booth, ran away and have not returned. The wheat was raised on his Alfred Booths land. of which he was to get one third. Lucy Council, had no intrest in either mule or wheat. -
She is now living on Mr Booth's land and making a small crop of which Booth is to receive one third. Mr Booth is an aged man and according to the statement of Lucy Council's Son, Charles, and several white neighbors, has been kind to the family to his own disadvantage. Last year Write Council & Sidny Booth, had trouble with regard to Markham's hogs. Charles Council and Markham both state that Markham did not object to the hogs being driven out of the field, but objected to doging them.
