Respectfully returned to Lt Col S. Moore. Supt. Attention invited to accompanying application of Henry D Baker. & Elsie Baker. The freed boy Frank Williams  was apprenticed to Baker as reported from this office Feb 1st 67. In consideration of the anxiety of the freedwoman for the possession of the boy, he applies for the cancelling of the Indenture. The boy is now with him, well clothed & fed & evidently contented.
