I have the honor very respectfully to return the within paper for further instructions 
The locality named within is in Wayne Co. and not within my jurisdiction.  I return the paper on that account presuming you were not aware that that was the case.  I shall have no hesitancy in going there and attending to the matter should you so direct though I am free to say that if there is a spot on the Globe where Law, Order, Decency and Right is ignored Mt Olive is the place.  From all I can learn it is as near being a den of thieves and cutthroats as can be found
