and that it would yield but a moderate support to an industrious family by cultivating small detached portions where the soil is a trifle better than the average. 

Should the land or part of it be deeded to the heirs, it is probable that the creditors of Isaac Young de^c. could have it sold to pay their claims.

In view of these facts I would recommend that the land be sold at public auction; that $230.00 be paid to the heirs of Isaac Young, out of the proceeds of the sale & the balance to Dr. John R. Moss.

I enclose copy of the agreement between Moss & Young with affidavit of Moss as to amount of purchase money received by him.
