Please send an officer with Rev. P. G. Bowman to Morganton, N. C. for the purpose of starting a school.  Aid him in the purchase of lumber and material for a school building provided, land be purchased, and the construction be guaranteed in a sum not to exceed one thousand dollars, A lien must be held against the building for the amount till relieved by Act of Congress. Notify Asst Com'r of this order.
