States that he made a crop of cotton on the lands of A. C. Perry and that Perry furnished him with Guano Says he agreed to pay him ΒΌ of the Crop for use of Land, and a share of his part for Guano
The Crop was delivered to one Mr. Sherrod [[?]] with the above understanding. but, now refuses to settle.
