You are respectfully informed that the application for transportation for Freedpeople made by M^r A. C. Fisk of Washington County, Miss, approved and forwarded by you on 13^th instant, has been granted, as follows:

For Bob Smith, 52 adults & 24 children under 12 years of age, all dependent freedpeople from Salisbury, N. C. to Greenville, Miss.

The enclosed transportation orders will be delivered to Mr Fisk on his furnishing the quadruplicate lists required by the 4^th Section of the Regulations relative to transportation of this character - Blank forms for copies of orders to attach to these lists are enclosed - It is deemed a sufficient compliance with regulations to attach one copy of the transportation order to the lists;- this should be a copy of the order from
