having five orphan Children apprenticed whose indentures are filed in the Bureau office at Raleigh - some six or eight months after the death of their parents winter coming on they were apprenticed to me some [[strikethrough]] six [[/strikethrough]] three weeks ago the oldest boy was persuaded off by his uncle, who has since left him.
I stated the matter to the agent of the freedmen of this county - who says in case of dissatisfaction by the relatives, he has the right to cancel all such bonds, if
so let me know it.
