Thomas, Jerry

States that a Solomon Burton has a disposition to defraud him; that according to their contract, ΒΌ of the crop would be his share, but from a crop of 363 bushels of Corn, 40 Bushels of Potatoes & 50 gallons Molasses he has received but 30 bushels of Corn and 3 bushels of Potatoes.
