General:
Referring to your endorsement of the 16th inst. forwarding an application of H. C. Vogell, Agt. &c. for transportation of Teasy Hinton, Freedwoman, from Augusta Ga, to Raleigh N.C.. You are respectfully informed that, transportation for this woman was sent to the Asst. Comr of Georgia, on the 7th inst., in response to his endorsement upon a communication from Col. E.M.L. Ehlers, Sub. Asst. Comr., at Augusta Ga., requesting the same.
