Richmond Frederick Sukey and child Henrietta Simon Rachel and child Sukey William Ursula junior Phoebe Mortimer Horace and Joe.-
The above named slaves were allotted to me by the report of John P. Lee and John Jones Commissioners appointed [[insert]] ^(for that purpose) [[/insert]] by a Decree of the chancery district Court of Williamsburg hearing date the 10th day of April 1807 and afterwards towit "On the 22nd day of October 1808 decreed to me by the said Court. I do hereby acknowledge to have this day receiv'd of Mrs. Apphia Rouzee Executrix of the late Richard Rouzee the above named slaves according to the terms of said Decree and her bond executed to me on the 25th day of March 1809. - Given under my hand at Epping Forest this 3d day of April 1809
