sign their names as above to the above obligation and they acknowledged the above obligation to be their act and deed in her presence and that she the said Dorothy Booker subscribed her name as a witness to the said obligation as above written. Witness my hand this 2d day of December 1808.

Essex County to wit- John Dunn of the county aforesaid this day personally appeared before me Lewis Booker a Justice of the Peace for the County aforesaid and made oath on the holy Evangelists of Almighty God that the personal estate of the said John Dunn after the payment of his debts is worth at least the sum of two thousand dollars Witness my hand this 2d day of December 1808.

I Anthony Robinson clerk of the Chancery District Court of Williamsburg do hereby certify that the original bond and the affidavits thereon whereof the above are copies were filed in my Office on the fifth day of December 1808.
