Hurried around to get things arranged for picnic
I took chicken baked beans fruit salad pickles, cookies and bread. Had a fairly nice time. The kids all went swimming  Peggy did not like it too much. We went to Chucks in the evening.

Want to finish ironing and do the mending. Am having the card party Sat night so much arrange for it. Mrs Belser decided not to get anymore milk  They are the only ones who have kicked  I don't know what is wrong

Mended and sewed all day. Clarence cut thistles. Dick & Peg went out home for supper. Gwynn went to Harners for a few days. They are coming up Sun. for dinner  made peach ice cream.

Washed again painted some, was busy all day. Helped Clarence with chores  He and M. went to ball game.  I did dishes and folded down some clothes.
