We went to Harners for dinner. Had a nice dinner Clarence sold his heifers and probably his horses. ^[[They cost $10.]] We made $50 on the calves we got from Johnsons over a year ago.

Were busy with calls at the door and telephone The dinner bunch got Helen Downing a bouquet and the Grange got her an African violet both very nice and I took them out while Clarence showed Mr [[Wiueline?]] Bob (the horse). Then we went up town and got shoes all around but Dad. Then Gwynn got the pants and socks & belt for his scout suit. We went to Russel & Frances shower at Grange Hall nice time.
