Pretty day. Cool tho. Had to dress a chicken for Gwynn. Mother baked cookies for him also. I don't think he has everything gathered up but maybe he has. Harner & Reba were here in the eve.

Mina Allens Birthday.
We went out and picked a basket of beans. Clarence is going to mow. So will have all day to work here. Want to go over the peaches also besides the beans. Mother came up and looked over the peaches and I canned 5 qts. Had 28 qts of beans. Went to the shower at Helen Downings for Helen Cummins.
