Got up late. Then had breakfast and helped Sophia get the lunch ready. We went to the schoolhouse There were several there. Was glad to see Lena and met Martha. We left there and stopped at Dessa Martins a few minutes left there at 5:20. arrived home without any trouble at 12:00. I drove from Cambridge.

Took care of some corn. Also had to have the gas tank soldered. Got my new boiler surely nice. Also got C.F. a lined overall jacket We went to bed early.
