Dear Mr. Pach:

We are planning an exhibition of French abstract artists of 1911-12.

I think that I recall that you have several paintings of this period, a VILLON and a MARCEL DUCHAMPS?

Should I not be mistaken, Germain and myself would love to see them again to ascertain whether they really enter into our program and would then hope that you would be good enough to lend them to us.

The exhibition is scheduled to last three weeks and we would like to inaugurate it on October 8th.

I have your address through your brother and hear that you are very well and spending your time very agreeably in a lovely spot; I was delighted about it.

Please be kind enough to send me your answer, and if it is favorable, perhaps next time you
