Top piece a 2" rounded fragment of dolomitic ls. with numerous forams - both large and small in a matrix of detritus, some pieces of which appear well rounded. This piece is porous but not cavernous. Note one section (a foram?) stained gray + green. Smaller forams re xlized but sections of larger type appear well preserved. A real [[underlined]]foram dol. ls.[[/underlined]] See also dark plate.

Pieces below are coralliferous and distinctly more cavernous; algal? rods abundant, forams comparatively rare. Traces of dark stain; molds of moll. abundant (both internal + ext. - gast. + pelocy - some can prob. be ident.; ^[[ā†limpets, Pecten, Arca, etc.]] och. spines, crab claw (marked - oriented piece) Scaphopod cast in one smaller pieces; gray + green staining on smaller pieces
