Was called to order by the Pres and open by Rev F G Hall afte Roll call the minits of the last meeting was read and adopted the monthley Dues called for to the amont of $ 38.00 the Report from the char man sick com. was called for he reported the condition of 2 members better. it was moved by Bro Redd and second by Bro Dock that WCC Pay Bro Wm Mason. the sume of one Dollor per week for 4 weeks. carried the next was the report from the Board of Directrs. they reported sume member, to transferd the foxren named member to be transferd. E.P. Clark. D. Holand. Geo. Trom. H.D. Mason to Redd C. Mason W. Ruffin H. Ross C. Taylor C. Williams. Recommended to be Transferd by F.G. Hall John FOster W Redd. the constiation was Revised. Res and adopted. Bro Chaplain was called in qustion for neglect of Duty. Exea Bro. Marshall Was called in question for neglect ^of^ Duty. Fined 50 ยข Thare was no other Buisness on hand

The union was called to order By the Presadent and open by the Chaplain after Roll Call the house was open for Buisness the minits of the ^last^ Meeting was Read and adopted except the case of Bro C. Jackson he was excused the Monthly Dues was Called for to the amont of $12.86 the next was the Report from the Charman of the sick commitie he Reported 5 sick Bros. Mason. Hamond. Greenleaf. Hall and sister N. Brashears. the Report from the Board of Directors was Recieved they moved that wee Pay Bro Wm. Mason .50 cts. for 4 weeks it was moved that we mak up some money for sister N. Brashears to the amont of $1.15 it was moved that wee Nominate officers the next night in Aprial, 1885. Thare was no other Buisness on hand
