Colonia de Hernandarias. While there is a Colonia Herandarias in Concepcion, Paraguay, the state that was called Entre-Riano in the 19th century (now Entre Rios) is in Argentina between the Parana and Uruguay Rivers. Villa Hernandarias is in Entre Rios. If one was describing the flora of that state it would be, 'Flora Entre-Riana.' Also P.G. Lorentz was a German botanist who was based in Argentina and collected in Entre Rios in the late 19th century(https://books.google.com/books?id=r_FoAAAAcAAJ&pg=PA76&lpg=PA76&dq=Dr.+P.+G.+Lorentz+Argentina&source=bl&ots=VDoVNKxnzM&sig=2rcZgEKcPu6QZCbIolaAaEwvnDQ&hl=en&sa=X&ved=0ahUKEwio17rnzvfYAhVKzFMKHTXDC84Q6AEIKTAA#v=onepage&q=Dr.%20P.%20G.%20Lorentz%20Argentina&f=false)
