Sir,
Your application of the 26th ult., for an extension of three months to your present leave of absence on surgeon's certificate of disability, has not been favorably considered.

Medical certificates forwarded from time to time in accordance with existing regulations will be sufficient to account for your absence until you are able to return to duty when you should at once join your company in compliance with the enclosed order.
