In compliance with instructions contained in Circular 10, series of 1868 from Bu. Hd. Qrs., I have the honor to report the following property formerly belonging to the Confederate States and now carried on the papers of the Bureau, and not sold previous to Dec. 31st 1868.

One temporary Frame building 80 x 30.
One temporary Frame building 100 x 25.

located at Goldsboro', N.C. and are claimed by the Wilmington & Weldon R.R.Co. They are built in part by material belonging to that Company; they are partially destroyed & are worth little, if anything, being badly decayed. I recommend
