failing return of the book within 7 days of the receipt of the notice he will be charged for the full value of the book in addition of the amount due for fines.

8. Failing return of the book upon the expiry of the time specified in such a notice, the full value of that book will be charged to the subscriber in whose name it was issued.

9. The affairs of the Library shall be managed by a Library sub-Committee, who shall be appointed by the Club Committee.

10. New books will be selected by the sub-Committee and purchased every quarter by the Secretary according to the funds available.

11.  A suggestion book will be kept by the Librarian in which subscribers may write the names of any books which they desire to be purchased.

12. A Catalogue of all books will be kept by the Librarian and be open for inspection during the hours of issue. This shall be regularly written up to date every quarter by the Librarian.

13. The Library sub-Committee will compare the stock with the Catalogue and the issue register once every six months, and are authorized to order the disposal of out of date books by sale by auction. Such sale shall be notified on the Club Notice Board not less than 10 days

before it is held and shall be liable in the case of any particular book concerned to a veto of not less than 12 subscribers.

14. The accounts of the Library will be kept by the Honorary Secretary and he will arrange for the actual purchase of books selected by the sub-Committee.
