[ 12 ] For a longer period than a week Rs. 2 for each day after the first seven days. 38. Such charges shall include the use of bed and bath-rooms with bed linen, water and outside service without any extra charge whatsoever. IMTRODUCTION OF LADIES UNDER RULE 28. 39. "Member" shall not include "Temporary" or "Honorary" Member. 40. Any member introducing a lady shall notify the Honorary Secretary in writing, and such introduction shall be taken to extend to such time as the introducing member shall continue to be a member of the Club and to reside in the East Africa, Uganda or Zanzibar Protectorates unless at the time of introduction or at any time thereafter he shall state that the introduction is for a particular occasion or limited period only, or until cancellation by Committee. 41. The Committee may for a good and sufficient reason cancel an introduction. 42. All letters of introduction shall be filed by the Honorary Secretary and any cancellation as above shall be endorsed on the letter of introduction. 43. No member may introduce a lady without notifying the Honorary Secretary; and no member may reintroduce a lady whose original introduction has been cancelled under Bye-law 41 without the consent of the Committee. 44. A member introducing a lady is responsible for any debts she may incur in the Club. 45. The privilege of using the Club premises under [[end page]] [[start page]] [ 13 ] Rule 28 shall not be extended to any lady who has not been duly introduced. 46. None of the foregoing Bye-laws shall in any way affect the right of members to invite lady guests as provided by the "Dining Room Bye-laws," except the cancellation of an introduction under Bye-law 41.
