All such Bye-laws shall have the same force as Rules.

Such Bye-laws shall be entered in a book and be always open to the inspection of Members, and notice of the passing of such Bye-laws shall be exhibited in the Pavilion.

[[in margin]]Members rejoining.[[/in margin]] 11. Any Member who resigns Membership must, if he wishes to rejoin the Club, be proposed, seconded and elected in the usual manner, and pay the Entrance Fee afresh.

[[in margin]]Infraction of Rules.[[/in margin]] 12.  The Committee shall take immediate cognizance of any infraction of Rules brought to their notice, and any Member of the Club guilty of ungentlemanly conduct in or out of the Club shall be liable to expulsion under the award of a General Meeting to be convened for the purpose of investigating the circumstances of the case.

The opinion of the General Meeting shall be obtained by ballot, when, if two-thirds of the Members present decide that the offending Member has merited expulsion, he shall cease to be a Member of the Club, and notification thereof shall be sent him by the Honorary Secretary.

[[in margin]]Non-payment of Bills due.[[/in margin]] 13. If any Member shall fail to pay his Bill for expenses incurred in the Club, and Subscriptions due, by the 15th of the month within which such Bill is presented, his name shall be posted in the Pavilion.  Should the payment not be made before the end of the month, the Committee may strike such Member's name out of the list of Members.

[[in margin]]Monies of the Club.[[/in margin]] 14. The Committee are empowered to spend such monies as they consider from time to time to be necessary for the promotion and maintenance of Games.

[[in margin]]Alteration of Rules.[[/in margin]] 15. No repeal, alteration or addition to any Standing Rule of the Club shall be made unless carried by a majority of two-thirds of the Members present at a General Meeting.

Notice of any proposed change must be sent in writing to the Honorary Secretary seven days before such General Meeting and such notice must be posted in the Pavilion for five days previous to the date of the Meeting.
