Dear Sir,

I hear from M. F. Stern-Drey that you are kind enough to lend your beautiful painting by Memlinc to the Bruges exhibition (24 June - 30 September).

The Committee are very grateful to you and I beg to confirm that the expenses of packing, shipping, etc. will be borne by the exhibition.  Will you let me know the insurance value to be covered against all risks.

Could I get photographs to be reproduced in the catalogue and art magazines.

The pictures intended to the Bruges exhibition should be assembled at MM. Knoedler & Co., 14 East 57th, New York before April 15th. in order to be packed and sent together in due time to Belgium.
