Dear Mr. Fleischman:

In your very nice note of January 7th you mention your intention of dropping in at my Galleries in the near future.

May I inquire whether you have set the date for your coming East, as I would not want to miss you. This is on account of one or two trips which I might have to take.

When I will have the pleasure of seeing you, I do want to show you the catalogue of an auction which took place in Paris,a few weeks ago, of Italian Majolicas - remembering how attracted you were by the few you saw here. The prices reached were high indeed, and I feel certain that this catalogue will hold your attention.
