December 23rd, 1935.

My dear Mr. McGregor,

I thank you very much for having returned to me the photographs which we had sent to Mr. Hearst.

I noticed with great pleasure that you had not left for California and should you be in this vicinity sometime in the near future, I hope you will give me the chance to see you again. I will certainly be here all winter unless something unforeseen happens.

With my best wishes for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year,

Kindly believe me
Yours sincerely,

(René Seligmann)
