GS/TP ^[[checkmark]] February 25th., 1927. Dear Mr. Rockefeller: If I have not written to you since I had the great pleasure of being taken over your house by yourself two years ago, it is because I did not think I had anything worthy of your collection. Recently I have been fortunate enough to secure some very important works of art which I have brought over to New York and it would give me particular pleasure to be able to show them to you at any time or day that would suit you. [[drawn paragraph bracket]] I will therefore, take the liberty of getting in touch with your secretary to find out whether it might be convenient for you to set a time for your visit. [[/drawn paragraph bracket]] Should you like me to give you further information about the works of art I am referring to, I will gladly do so. Looking forward to seeing you soon again, Believe me to be, Yours very sincerely, John D. Rockefeller, Jr., Esq., [[strikethrough]] 10 West 54th.
